It’s almost the end of the week. If you know me, it’s time for me to start planning and preparing my meals for the following week. I usually do that on Fridays, and it’s a lot of fun. If you’re looking into prepping your meals ahead of time, you’re in luck. This week I’m giving you meal ideas using Publix BOGOs. Here goes.

Breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Therefore, you have to start your day off right. Your meals need to be nutritious, well-balanced, and very good. This week, Publix has a lot of Bogos catering to breakfast. I would start with zero-sugar Greek Chobani yogurt to get your day started. The plain vanilla flavor is the best. I would pair that with some center-cut Smithfield bacon strips, a slice of low-carb Pepperidge Farm bread, and egg whites.

Lunch and Dinner

Dinner and lunch are the main courses of my day. I would have a variation of two or three meals between the two. For veggies, I would go with the Birdseye broccoli, snap peas, and seasoned brussels. When it comes to meat, I would pick up Hillshire Farm smoked turkey sausage with peppers and Gorton’s fish. For Friday night, I would pick up one of two BOGO pizzas on sale.

Dessert

No dinner is complete without having dessert. And this week, Publix has a lot of BOGOs on them. Since I’m on a diet, I will likely go for the Skinny Cow ice cream cones or the Blue Bunny mini cones. If I have a few extra calories to spare, I would pick up a Sara Lee buttered streusel coffee cake. It just looks so delicious on the package.

Meal planning is a great way to start your week. Here are just a few meal ideas using Publix BOGOs, but what will you pick up?
